Love your site. Absolutely. I wrote a note to you in the chat room yesterday, but I guess you didn't get it. Thanks for all of the work you have done in order to make this possible for the rest of us. You were exactly what I needed yesterday...

Today when I tried to come on I via I reached a Christian site of the same name. Is that site yours also?

Anyway--I've already told several friends about this glad you're here.

Oh, and yesterday I told you that I'm starting a new 12 step mtg called SGA--Spiritual Growth Anon.

I have no suggestions for you--I think what you've done is great! Best, Lynne

Hi. I like this site but I encounter one problem. Every time I go to the chat room, nobody else is signed in. I have tried at different times during the day. Am I missing a prompt or do you have a suggestion I may try? Thanks, neil m.

I have used this site for years and it is just rock and roll. It has kept me focused on the Big Book at times I need it most. Like when I need an answer. Even if I dont find the answer I find something better and that is redirection back to the program. So thank you a lot.
If you get to Denver area or mountains drop me an email and we can say hi or hit a meeting

It was nice to find this site through the use of Googles search engine. I was able to find the specific line I was looking for with your search feature. This will be very handy for me as I have a terrible memory. Thanks for this resource.

This Big Book search site is great, better than the concordance site online.
Do you or any registered guests know of a similar search site for the 12&12 book also?

Great site you have here. Finally, a decent big book search engine. Know of any search engines for the 12 & 12? Feel free to contact me. - Thanks

3/28/2008 12:11:29 PM

Great Job!

3/25/2008 6:08:32 PM

i love the easy way to find stuff in the aa book thanks you are great

3/11/2008 4:04:23 AM

A search for 'logical' reveals p.49 with one 'logical', however further clicking to that page reveals a second. I can infer from this that the 'search-page' points toward, rather then concludes a logical search. Fascinating.

Love this site -- I am wondering if the expression "the quality of our problems changes" is from any official literature, or just a local expression that has evolved -- anybody know? (meaning that we used to have major real problems vs. my current annoyance at the weather, say)

8/20/2007 2:44:09 PM

What a cool site.

Have this site saved on my pocket pc - it's SO helpful at topic meetings. Instead of spouting BS (though well-intended) I can actually share what the Big Book says about a subject....Thank you for your work in constructing this site!

Excellent. Thank you. A real time saver. You going to do this with the 12 x 12 also? Looking for all the prayers.

Mark Yank-Down-Under

I am very excited about finding your web site - thank you ver much - having much familiarity with the BB but not exact pages.
I am concerned as I found what could be a significant error - if it weren't so humourously ironic! But I'm not sure a new reader would get the joke!

On page 63 the online search verson reads:

Being all powerful, He provided what we needed, if we kept close to Him and performed His work well. Established on such a footing we became less and less interested in seeing what we could contribute to life...
We were reborn.

This, ironically, is a characteristic of the "self", in large part, that "earned"" my way into a program of recovery!!
The one I'm seeking to be "reborn" from day-at-a-time!

My Big Book reads:

Being all powerful, He provided what we needed, if we kept close to Him and performed His work well. Established on such a footing we became less and less interested in ourselves, our little plans and designs. More and more we became interested in seeing what we could contribute to life.

Oh yea! that's better!

Thanks again for the website!

This is very useful when wanting to go to an exact quote and you "know" where it is but you can't find it.

This is a very useful search tool for me. I am often looking for things in "the book" and sometimes have difficulty in finding them on my own.(like "read this book")
